Loxley, AL – July 23, 2012 – Southern Living Plant Collection is excited to join Southern Living’s 20 year tradition of building Idea Houses across the South by providing all of the plants for the 2012 Idea House.
Southern Living has built Idea Houses on lakes, on beaches,and in quaint towns across the South. This year, the tradition comes to Senoia, GA., for a historic renovation project where the house will be surrounded by beautiful plants from the Southern Living Plant Collection.
“Southern Living Plant Collection will continue to support and beautify Southern Living’s Idea Houses for as long as the tradition continues, “ says Kip McConnell, director, Southern Living Plant Collection.
The 2012 Southern Living Idea House is a revival of an early 19th century cottage-style farmhouse and is expected to draw as many as 40,000 visitors from across the country.
